Shipping & Delivery

We will pack and ship the items securely to avoid any damage. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year's holidays.)

For Letter Pack items (the size that can be dropped in the mailbox), a flat nationwide shipping fee of 520 yen will be charged in addition to the product price.

* It may take longer depending on the amount of order but we will let you know if your order is the case.

Return & Refund

MH LAB will accept returns or exchanges only when a defect is found in the purchased product or its shipment, subject to the following conditions.

Please complete the return/exchange request and return the merchandise via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
