[Returns and Exchanges]

MH LAB will accept returns or exchanges only when a defect is found in the purchased product or its shipment, subject to the following conditions.

Please complete the return/exchange request and return the merchandise via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.



■ If there is a problem with the product

  • Due to the nature of magic products / gimmick cards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been opened, except in the case of shipping errors or initial defects.
  • We will only accept returns or exchanges of regular products that are found to be defective if we receive your request for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the product.


■ If the merchandise differs from the contents of the order

  • If there is a shipping error or a fold at the time of packaging, please contact us as soon as possible before opening the package. (*Only unopened packages can be exchanged for shipping errors.)


■ Shipping charges for returns

  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise.
  • If a defect in the product or shipping is found, we will pay for the return shipping.


■ Conditions for non-return/non-exchange

  • If you do not request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product
  • If the product is found to be used, damaged, or stained
  • If any of the accessories of the product are missing
  • If the magic product / gimmick card has been opened
  • If the package (bag/case) of the product is missing
