[Shipping & Delivery]

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order.
(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year's holidays.)

* It may take longer depending on the amount of order but we will let you know if your order is the case.

 

■ Return of merchandise that has exceeded the delivery period or has been shipped to an incorrect address

The period during which you can pick up your order after it has been shipped is approximately 2 weeks from the date of shipment (domestic shipping).

If the customer is not at home, Japan Post will notify the customer of the absence. Please make sure to pick up your items after adjusting your preferred delivery date and time within the pickup period.

In the following cases, we will contact you by email or phone.

• If we are unable to contact you at the address indicated on the delivery notification
• When delivery is impossible due to incomplete information on the delivery address
• If the package is not received within the storage period specified by Japan Post

If you do not respond to our contact, the product will be returned to us.

In the event of reshipment of an item returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive, the necessary expenses for shipping and packing materials will be paid by bank transfer before the item is shipped.

Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with the payment are to be borne by the customer.

If we are unable to confirm the transfer of funds to the designated account by the due date, we will refund the amount after offsetting the necessary expenses.
In such cases, we will not be able to resend the product.

If you refuse to receive your order or are absent for an extended period of time, we may have no choice but to restrict your use of our store.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order being returned. 

[Shipping Fee]

For Letter Pack items (the size that can be dropped in the mailbox), a flat nationwide shipping fee of 520 yen will be charged in addition to the product price.

[Payment Methods]

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, LINE Pay, and MerPay are accepted.

The selling price of each product shall be the price listed on each product's introduction page.

In addition to the product price, a shipping fee (520 yen per item nationwide) will be charged.

Payment is finalized at the time of product order.
